Julie Goodman teaches Zumba at Power Studios. She holds a Group Fitness Instructor certification through AFAA, and also is trained in other modalities like HIIT workouts and strength training. She is a lifelong dancer with a background in classical ballet. Since moving to New York over 7 years ago, Julie has worked in startups while also discovering the many dance and fitness workouts available - Bhangra dance is one of her favorites, and she incorporates some Bhangra songs into her classes. Julie believes that movement benefits more than just the body - it also is key to a healthy mind and soul. Dancing brings her more joy than anything else, and she became a trainer to spread joy to other people and help them fall in love with fitness. She hopes her students come for a good time and leave with a smile - the amazing workout will just feel like a bonus!
