What initially began as a way to recover from a back injury developed into a love of movement and flow. Ayana (RYT-500) began her yoga practice 5 years ago and is now dedicated to sharing the practice with others, offering her students the same benefits that yoga has and continues to offer her. Ayana’s classes aim to help students stretch, strengthen, and release through vibrant, powerful flows and sequences, creating space for the mind and body to connect.
