Emma Pajewski began cross-training in Pilates for her dance education at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre in 2009 before receiving her BFA in dance from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. After several years as a freelance dancer and arts administrator in NYC, she realized something was missing. Returning to regular Pilates sessions, she saw a significant shift in her approach to dance, which allowed her to move with more efficiency and power than before, not to mention she felt healthier and more energized in her everyday life. Having experienced the direct impact that Pilates had on her own well being, Emma became a certified instructor with Power Pilates and is beyond thrilled to be sharing the healing practice of Pilates to individuals of all backgrounds.
