Helen is a professional contemporary ballet dancer who fully trained in Cardio Barre Technique, Pilates, Yoga and contemporary dance among other fitness disciplines. She truly believes in allowing yourself to have good training days and not-so-great training days--it's all part of the process, keeping the balance between your mind+body connection in each of your practices. Her classes are challenging and uplifting with difficulty levels set according to your needs. Are you thinking happy, positive, reaffirming thoughts? It's not always easy. So when the negative self-talk creeps in, she will check it and change it together. She won't let you give up!
