Tara C. is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) and completed her 600-hour comprehensive training at Power Pilates in NYC. As someone with mild Scoliosis, Pilates offered her the opportunity to strengthen her core and develop flexibility in her spine and legs. Tara devotes an hour each day to practicing Pilates to maintain her strength, but also to stay sharp as an instructor. Tara has a background in education and over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry teaching group fitness classes and training individual clients. Tara is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Personal Trainer and a Women’s Fitness Specialist. She has completed 40 hours of TRX Professional Education and is certified by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a Group Fitness Instructor.
