Kim is a certified Pilates Mat instructor, who received her training through Power Pilates. Her class focuses on a balanced workout, utilizing the classical exercises of Joseph Pilates. Kim has always incorporated fitness into her lifestyle, but has been most inspired by the benefits Pilates can bring to anyone. Pilates focuses on building abdominal strength, as well as stretching and strengthening the muscles. During her class, close attention is placed on detail, breath, and flow. Kim’s goal is to motivate and challenge each individual according to their ability, and to provide a rewarding movement experience.
