Chintamani Kansas (a.k.a. "C") has been teaching Yoga since 2002 and Mat Pilates since 2012. After years of practicing yoga, Chintamani discovered Pilates and its unique benefits to core strength, joint stability and therapeutics. She is passionate about sharing these body-mind offerings with everyone.
Chintamani's classes always leave the participants feeling worked out and relaxed. Classes are challenging and fun, safe and sustainable. She is known for her playfulness, welcoming spirit, and humor. Clients seek her out due to her consistent quality programming, personal approach and extensive knowledge of anatomy. Chintamani's sessions stretch, strengthen and align the full body, and provide therapeutic components for individual needs.
Chintamani is a founding member of the mang'Oh Yoga Teacher Training and mentor. Privately she mentors Pilates teachers in programming for injuries and osteoporosis. She studies with Physical Therapists and Yoga and Pilates Leaders so she can best serve her clients and communities.
