Andrea Lepcio believes exercise is the only way to stay young, She became an ACE-certified Personal Trainer in the year she turned 60. Her ahead of the times fitness-oriented mother and Red Sox second baseman father are her role models. Andrea enjoys continuing education and is RYT-200 Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and is certified to teach Tai Chi, Mat Pilates, TRX, and AquaFitness. As a group and individual trainer, she enjoys bringing her knowledge of body stability, mobility, cardio, and resistance workouts to clients. When she was younger, she trained in mime, ballet, modern, and jazz dance, and pulls from all of these experiences to tailor exercises to the individual needs of her clients. Blending tai chi, mind/body, pilates, yoga, high and low intensity cardio, and progressive resistance training, she creates fun and effective workouts. Her energy and sense of fun are contagious.
