Her passion for health and fitness led her to become a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. She strongly believes in staying healthy for an active lifestyle and over the years, it has given her great satisfaction to pass along her knowledge and enthusiasm with the highest standard of service, safety and professionalism to those wanting to adopt a lifestyle of physical and mental well-being. Olivia truly seeks to inspire others, through her unsinkable enthusiasm, to enjoy exercise just as much as she does!
Olivia believes not only in fitness but also in re-patterning faulty alignments and correcting muscular imbalances. Her hobbies include: Running, hot yoga, spending time with her husband Seth and their three dogs. She enjoys creating and practicing innovative Pilates programs, adventures, food, warm sunny weather, and Donnelly Fun Days!
