Nada has been in the fitness business for over a decade. She teaches mostly Pilates, Spinning and Group Ex. She's very passionate about fitness and keeping her class moving.
When she's not teaching she takes care of her family, hikes with her dog and swims with the Masters Swimming.
Her classes are open to all levels! She always starts with the base exercises and then moves to the advance level!
