Hi, I'm Meghan, I specialize in helping busy stressed out women reset to a calm and happy state. I'm a Yoga Alliance RYT-500 yoga instructor, Certified SUP Yoga Teacher, WPA SUP Instructor, NASM- Certified Personal Trainer, NASM- Behavior Change Specialist, meditation teacher, and wellness coach. I'm also the director and teacher for Turquoise Floating Yoga in Miami, Fl. I see yoga, fitness, nutrition, meditation, and mindset work as tools to feel your best and maintain that as your new normal.
I previously worked in the corporate world and in education. I used to feel stressed and anxious and obsess over details of my day. I learned how to relax, let go, and feel great by implementing daily practices that work.
Now days, I feel the best I ever have and I love helping others rise to feeling their best as well. I know every woman is capable of transforming her outlook and feeling inner peace. I love sharing what I've learned to help others feel clear, calm, and ready to tackle their day with ease.
