I turned to yoga after a rare neurological condition permanently damaged the nerves in my leg and abdomen, leaving me in chronic pain. Yoga has healed me in so many ways. I truly feel that I was destined to teach it, and I am so excited to share my learnings with you.
By providing a comforting and supportive environment, I aim to foster healing in those who have experienced trauma and suffering, helping guide them to a life of spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
