As a lifelong health and wellness enthusiast, it is Christi's vision to change and empower the lives of others through the teaching of Pilates! Drawing from her strong classical foundation, her dynamic sessions focus on building core stability, expanding spinal mobility, improving postural awareness, correcting muscular imbalances and increasing whole body strength. On top of that, she is a passionate, positive and kind instructor who is dedicated to helping each client reach their fitness goals!
