Bio: Sarah is a certified Turbokick and PiYo instructor, wellness coach, and group fitness addict. She believes exercise is the the most effective drug out there to elevate happiness. Her passion for fitness is injected into her class to deliver an energetic, heart-pumping, leave-you-with-an-endorphin-addiction sort of way. She studied Public Health at BYU and has worked as a fitness and wellness professional since 2012. She's thrilled to be sharing her expertise with the greatest city in the world.
