Shawn is former Cross-Country, Basketball and Baseball athlete. He is originally from Texas, with 10 years of personal training experience having provided training at several different corporate gyms and private training and yoga studios in Los Angeles, San Francisco and NYC. He specializes in Body Sculpting (improving body composition and increasing muscle tone and definition), Functional Movement Training (improving flexibility and mobility), TRX (Bodyweight Suspension Training), HIIT (High Intesity Interval Training), Weight/Fat Loss, Strength and Muscle Building, Core strength and body alignment enhancement (posture).
