Stiletto Sweat
Learn to walk with confidence, take up space, improve your posture, balance and co-ordination, and find release! Sweat with New York based dancer and choreographer Anna Cuffari, begins with a group aerobic warm-up, followed by strength and balance training. After the warm-up, worn in sneakers, the Stilettos come on for walks across the floor to experiment with dynamics, directions, and stylizations. A Stiletto Sweat dance combination is taught for the last 30mins of class and is always followed by a proper cool-down. Level: Open (modifications offered to increase intensity/difficulty)
Attire: Sneakers & Heels, Form-fitting clothing (anything that makes YOU feel the most confident and comfortable)
