Vinyasa Yoga is linking breath with movement through a series of postures (asanas) to help build awareness in the mind, body and spirit. Vinyasa flow incorporates sun salutations, breath work and creative sequencing to bring heat and alignment to the body. Vinyasa tends to be more on the vigorous side and can incorporate different themes such as the eight limbs of yoga, the chakra system and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. This class is designed for all levels.
