MOVEnze combines weights, calisthenics, stretching, and modern dance moves to lengthen, tone, and strengthen your entire body so you get the long, lean muscles we all want while toning the entire body. This class systematically works the entire body and creates muscle confusion changing up the choreography so you're constantly challenged and in motion. It's definitely not your run of the mill fitness class. MOVEnze is ideally performed barefoot and in any comfortable workout attire but you can wear ballet flats or barefoot running shoes if you prefer.
