Barre Flow is a musically driven, full body workout that incorporates small isometric movements between yoga flows, weight work, and stretching to create long lean muscles. The Barre Flow technique was designed to strengthen and sculpt the entire body while still creating length and openness in the body and soul. The class is 55 minutes; warm up, work it out to the beat, connect to your breath and stretch, ending with a calming savasana. The perfect way to start the day; strong and mindful.
