This class is a variety style fitness class geared to help students improve their body composition by achieving weight and fat loss while building more lean muscle and strength, which will increase the overall tone and definition in your body and physique.
Students can expect this class to be conducted like a group personal training session rather than a typical group fitness class, with individual focus and attention to detail, to learn how to do exercises and movements correctly which yield better results than simply "going through the motions."
The class will focus on functional movement bodyweight exercise, along with the use of dumbbells, resistance bands and other training tools. And incorporate elements of Bootcamp, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Cardio Circuit Training, Polymeric Calisthenic and other methods of training.
This class will help you build and maintain the body you've always wanted and improve your overall health and wellness; perfect for students who are serious about results!
