Kevin Mondrick


Although Kevin Mondrick has a BA in Marketing and Management from Elmira College, his true passion is fitness. Kevin has been actively involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years, in personal training, group exercise, and in management. In his younger years, Kevin was an avid runner and cyclist, and played collegiate tennis in his time at Elmira College (where he continues to serve as class president for the infamous Class of 1994). Kevin started taking Pilates as a way to rehab some nagging injuries and to increase core strength and improve flexibility. He realized how much he loved the method that he decided to share it with others.
