A high impact class that incorporates aerobic exercise with moves from hip-hop. This mood-elevating workout is a fun time that will have you burning calories while you learn new moves! This class starts with 35 minutes of aerobic/dance warm-up that will have your pulse racing and make you sweat, all while dancing to the hottest music of yesterday and today. Ending with a 15 minute stretch and a 5 minute cool down. Great introduction to moving and achieving your personal fitness goals!
