Chynna Thompson-Williams


Meet Chynna! She moved to New York City from East Tennessee in 2018. Growing up, Chynna spent most of her life participating in team sports and a lot of time in run of the mill gyms. Shortly after moving to NYC, she wanted to try something out of her comfort zone. She found Pilates and fell in love with the way the classes made her feel physically (and more importantly, mentally!). With regular practice and the changes she saw holistically, this inspired her to want to teach. If you ask her, she’ll contribute Pilates to making the transition to New York City easier with the workouts to look forward to and the friends made along the way. Come move with her and enjoy controlled, strengthening, and challenging classes (and her usual 90s-Early 2000s rock playlist)!
