Born and raised in Israel, After serving in the Israeli army and suffered injury to her lower back and knees. Throughout the years, the discomfort progressed and impacted her everyday life routines. Gali was referred to a Pilates class, taking 3 mat classes a week. After 3 months she noticed the difference both physically and mentally. She felt stronger, confident and best of all - her back pain went away. In 2009, Gali traveled to the United States to visit a friend in Florida. She signed up for Pilates classes to continue the routine she had established at home. Because she loved it so much, Gali decided to quit her job at a popular radio station in Israel and decided to pursue a Power Pilates comprehensive certification. Gali got certified in 2010 in Florida, then moved to Philadelphia in 2012 and has been teaching Pilates since then. When she is not teaching Pilates Gali enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Tomer, and her two sons, Etai and Roi.
