Lydia Dallas


Lydia has been an active person since childhood in Kentucky, involved in dance and sports when she was younger. Passionate about art and sewing from an early age, she attended Kent State University and received a BA in Fashion Design. After moving to New York City in 2016, she fell in love with taking studio fitness classes and discovered Reformer Pilates classes. In 2020, after four years of working in fashion and the arrival of the pandemic, she decided it was time to do what she had considered doing for a long time and become a certified Pilates instructor. Taking and teaching Pilates classes has brought her a new sense of peace and strength.
