Julia started taking Pilates classes at the Loft and eventually fell in love with both Pilates and Yoga. Julia began working at the Pilates and Yoga Loft as a student worker as a sophomore in high school and completed her yoga teacher training while a senior in high school through Sacred Heart Yoga School in October 2017. Julia is a Yoga Alliance certified RYT 200. Her enthusiasm for Yoga went with her to college, where she teaches regularly. In October 2019, as a college sophomore, Julia became Power Pilates Core Mat I certified and completed Core Mat II certification in February 2020 both through Providence Pilates Center. In addition to teaching at school, she teaches family and friends whenever possible. She is an avid believer in cultivating mind body awareness as a way to find balance . It is her goal, through teaching, to share this way of being with others.
