When Erika is not lacing up her pointe shoes & dancing down the streets of New York City, she is teaching a fitness class that leaves her students feeling sweaty, sparkly, & rejuvenated. With a University of Southern California Human Biology degree, focused in sports medicine, she’s uses this knowledge & experience working with improving athletic performance when working with her students. She’s fascinated by anatomy, the physiological response to exercise, and how movement can help overall health. A professional ballerina, pilates has always been her go-to cross-training, and she firmly believes it works wonders for the body. Erika is certified in Core Mat 1, Core Mat 2, power yoga, yoga sculpt, & zumba. She is excited to share the power of pilates with you!
