Daria has been practicing yoga for over a decade. She prefers Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles because of an overall benefit for the body and mind, and also because it can be adjusted for each individual. Daria has travelled to India to learn meditation and incorporates elements of meditation and mindfulness into every class. After all, mind and body is one and yoga teaches us on an experiential level.
