Dina is a CTAA certified meditation instructor in addition to completing a 150 hour meditation teacher in India.She has studied different types of meditation but loves guiding mindfulness mediation to help people stay in the present moment, letting go of the past and the future and focusing on the present which allows everything fall into place. Dina uses her meditation practices to help her clients heal and find peace.
