Catalina was born and raised in Colombia and moved to the USA for 10 years to complete her bachelor of science and master of arts. Parallel to this, she was able to dive into the Yoga world and meet, study, and get inspiration from amazing teachers with 20-50 years of experience, such as Sri Dharma Mittra in NYC. She began practicing Yoga in 2012 and has not stopped since. As a mental health advocate, exercise lover and music therapist, her classes combine different elements that bring you back home to your body, challenge you to overcome limits, decrease chronic pain, focus the mind and soothe the soul.
