Aubrey Kupstas


Aubrey has been a movement enthusiast her whole life, most recently adding a Power Pilates certification to her teaching arsenal. She graduated from Muhlenberg College with a dual degree in Dance and Theatre (and for a brief moment led a life running theaters and designing lights for dance performances). After college, she continued to delve deeper into discovering how the body works and has been teaching movement throughout New York City for the past ten years. Her previous trainings include a 200 hr. yoga certification, a Gyrotonic® certification, a Gyrokinesis® certification, as well as multiple Gyrotonic Specialized Equipment certifications. She is excited to add Pilates to her teaching toolkit, so that she can better help her clients achieve the results they are looking for with their workouts. Outside of teaching, Aubrey enjoys cooking, playing the drums, and hiking/foraging for mushrooms!
